Dr. Jens Brauer
Dr. Jens Brauer is a research scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig. In his work, he combines two fields of neurocognitive research: the maturation of the brain in human development and the emerging and developing language skills in childhood. His research investigates how structural and functional developmental changes in the brain co-vary with the increasing ability to process linguistic information such as syntactic structure in language development.
