I am a staff scientist in the department of linguistics at Potsdam University working on the PZ project. This project aims to develop a Research-Unit-wide battery of tasks that can be conducted from age 6-36 months to measure: a) Recognition memory, b) Attention, c) Processing speed and d) Executive function. We hope to better understand the interrelation and parallelisms amongst these cognitive domains over development. My work in the crossing project involves analyzing the eye-tracking data of the PZ tasks and incorporating these data with other measures of infant development (e.g., EEG, fNIRS data) in the research-unit-wide labs to formulate a domain-general model of early human development.
